4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

MADHOBI accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

An order is confirmed after successful payment and order confirmation.

MADHOBI reserves the right to accept or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, technical errors, suspected fraud, or other fulfilment issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, address, PIN code, phone number, and email details.
